By accessing or using TradePiko ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradePiko (operated from Ontario, Canada). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Not financial advice: Nothing in TradePiko constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. All analytics, insights, position sizing suggestions, and watchlist data are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
To use TradePiko, you must create an account with a valid email address. Because TradePiko does not offer a permanently free plan, creating an account and selecting a paid plan (or starting a free trial, where offered) happen together as part of registration — you will not have dashboard access until a plan is selected. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to belong to a user under 18 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tradepiko.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each account is for a single individual user. You may not share your login credentials with others. Multiple trading accounts within TradePiko (for tracking different brokerage accounts) are permitted as outlined in your subscription tier.
TradePiko offers Standard and Pro subscription tiers, each billed monthly or annually. There is no permanently free plan — an active paid subscription (or a free trial, where offered) is required to access the Service. Features available under each tier are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify features included in each tier with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Where offered, free trials are available to new users only and require a valid payment method at signup. You may cancel at any time during the trial period from your account settings — if cancelled before the trial ends, your payment method will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. If you cancel during the trial, your access to the Service will end when the trial period expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, at which point your access to the Service will end unless you resubscribe. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
Your trade data, journal entries, and account information are retained after cancellation so they're available to you if you resubscribe. See our Privacy Policy for our data retention periods and how to request deletion of your data.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@tradepiko.com within 14 days of the charge.
We may change subscription prices at any time. We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree to use TradePiko only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The TradePiko platform, including its design, features, code, analytics models, and the Piko 50 proprietary momentum methodology, are owned by TradePiko and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of all trade data, journal entries, and other content you upload or create within TradePiko. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
If you submit suggestions, feature requests, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use that feedback without compensation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance displayed in TradePiko is not indicative of future results. The Position Sizing Advisor and any other risk management tools are mathematical models only and do not guarantee any particular trading outcome.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADEPIKO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TradePiko in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tradepiko.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. If you are located outside Canada, you consent to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts for any such disputes.
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@tradepiko.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes shall be resolved individually, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against TradePiko.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to registered users.
Your continued use of TradePiko after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
